01. Returns & Damages (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

We take immense pride in the quality of our jewelry and carefully inspect every piece before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we are here to make it right.

Evidence Required — To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to transit damage, a clear unboxing video is strictly required.

✦ Video Guidelines — The video must show the package completely sealed from all sides before opening and must be recorded in a single, continuous take without any cuts or pauses.

✦ Timeline — Please email this video along with your order number to zyramaison.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.


02. Hygiene & Safety Exceptions

Your health and safety are our top priorities. For strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or nose pins under any circumstances, unless proven defective upon arrival via the mandatory unboxing video. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest sanitation standards for all our customers.


03. Product Representation

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our premium jewelry as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual product may slightly differ from the digital images due to variations in studio lighting, professional photography lenses, and individual device screen settings.


04. Shipping & Delivery Information

We understand how important it is for you to receive your everyday luxury safely and swiftly.

Delivery Timeline — We partner with trusted, premium courier networks to ensure your jewelry arrives securely. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. While we always strive to meet these timelines, please allow up to 7 to 15 business days in the rare event of unforeseen logistical or regional delays.

✦ Shipping Fees — We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders valued at Rs. 999/- and above. For orders under Rs. 999/-, a nominal, non-refundable handling fee of Rs. 99/- applies.

✦ Lost in Transit — In the rare event that an order is lost in transit by our courier partners, your entire order amount, including any shipping costs, will be fully refunded to you.


05. Promotional Codes, Coupons & Cashback

To ensure the best value and fairness for all our customers, the following terms apply to our offers:

Usage & Validity — Promotional codes and cashback offers may not apply to all products on the site. Special coupons are time-sensitive and must be redeemed within the specified period; validity cannot be extended after expiration.

✦ Combinations — Only one promotional offer can be used per transaction. Promo codes cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, discounts, or cashback programs.

 ✦ Discretion — Zyra Maison reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional codes and transactions where they have been used outside of the intended terms.

✦ Cashback Terms — Cashback amounts and eligibility are subject to change at our sole discretion. Please note that cashback cannot be generated for orders where a promotional discount code has already been applied.


06. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order is cancelled before it leaves our design studio, the entire amount will be refunded.

In the event of a partial cancellation by the customer, if the new total cart value falls below the free shipping threshold (Rs. 999/-), Zyra Maison reserves the right to deduct the Rs. 99/- shipping fee from the applicable refund amount.


07. Payment Methods

To ensure a smooth, contactless, and secure transaction process, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments through our secure online checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently not available in India.
