01. Order Processing Time
We understand that you are excited to receive your everyday luxury. To ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible, we prioritize rapid fulfillment:
✦ Same Day Dispatch — Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched from our design studio the same business day.
✦ Next Day Dispatch — Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the following business day.
You will receive a separate notification with tracking details as soon as your order has officially shipped.
02. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We are thrilled to offer premium delivery services across India with the following transparent rates:
✦ Orders of Rs. 999/- and above — We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
✦ Orders under Rs. 999/- — A nominal, non-refundable handling and shipping fee of Rs. 99/- applies.
03. Expected Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted, premium courier networks to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and swiftly.
✦ Standard Delivery — Typically takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
✦ Regional Variations — While we always strive to meet these timelines, please allow up to 7 to 15 business days in the rare event of unforeseen logistical, weather-related, or regional delays.
04. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a unique tracking number.
✦ Note — Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the courier partner's website.
05. Lost in Transit Protection
Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare event that an order is officially declared lost in transit by our courier partners, Zyra Maison will provide a full refund of your entire order amount, including any shipping or handling fees paid.
